Edgar Meyer will play a rare solo performance that will expand musical horizons and reimagine traditional boundaries of the double bass. Meyer’s anticipated program includes his own arrangement of Bach’s Cello Suite No. 1, original bluegrass compositions, and his newest work that explores the sonic possibilities of the bass as a solo instrument.
