It is of the utmost importance to the Harriman-Jewell Series to take the health and safety of our patrons, staff, and volunteers seriously. These last few months have been trying for everyone; we are sorry for the disappointment that event postponements and cancellations have caused.

The following Harriman-Jewell Series performances have been affected by recent public-health concerns:

  • Daniil Trifonov, pianist in recital (March 12) — performance postponed

  • Mitsuko Uchida and Mahler Chamber Orchestra (March 22) — tour cancelled

  • SooBeen Lee, violinist in free Discovery Concert (March 28) — performance postponed

  • Boston Pops On Tour (April 6) — performance postponed by artist management to Wednesday, October 7, 2020

  • Angela Gheorghiu, soprano in recital (April 26) — tour cancelled

  • Joyce DiDonato and Il Pomo d’Oro, performing My Favorite Things (May 29) — performance cancelled

These are challenging times for everyone. We cannot tell you enough how much we value your support, generosity, and understanding as we deal with these unexpected circumstances. We are fortunate and thankful to have your support right now—it means the world to us.

We ask that you please be patient as we navigate changes to our events schedule. We expect to have more information within the next few weeks, and we will reach out to you when we have new details.

If you hold a ticket for a postponed event, we offer the following options:

  • You may exchange for any event in our upcoming 56th season.

  • You may generously donate the value of your ticket back to the Harriman-Jewell Series and receive an acknowledgement letter. Donors will be recognized in our 56th Season programs for this special donation.

  • If you hold a parking pass, the value can be applied to the rescheduled date.
